At Asuka Kimya, we don’t see raw material supply as merely buying and delivering products. From selecting the manufacturer to technical documentation, from import controls to laboratory analyses, from storage to ordering and delivery, we manage the entire process in a controlled, traceable and digital way.
We evaluate not only the product but also the manufacturer. Before a new overseas manufacturer is accepted into our portfolio, its quality system, production capability, traceability infrastructure, sustainability and ethical business practices are comprehensively evaluated. For international manufacturers, we take into account the core criteria of the SMETA / Sedex 4-Pillar approach.
Our aim is not merely an affordable product, but the right manufacturer who will sustainably provide the same quality.
Seeing a certificate before a product enters the portfolio is not enough. Depending on the product’s nature, we request a comprehensive technical dossier from the manufacturer: product specification, production flow chart, production and analysis method, composition declaration, origin/place of manufacture, raw-material source, traceability and the required quality documents.
For relevant products, GMO / BSE-TSE / Allergen / Vegan / Halal declarations and, where needed, independent analysis reports are requested. Products with insufficient documentation are not added to the portfolio.
We also control the plant’s source. For products that require a Phytosanitary Certificate for import, the relevant document and official requirements are checked.
Depending on the product group, the botanical name, plant part used, country of origin, extraction method and ratio, standardization value and active-ingredient information are evaluated. This way we offer not just an “extract”, but a raw material whose source and production method are defined.
We don’t settle for the manufacturer’s analysis report. Raw materials are separately evaluated in our own quality-control laboratory according to the product’s nature; the compliance of declared values with the specification is checked and, when needed, additional verification analyses are performed.
When necessary, this is supported by independent and competent external laboratories. One product, multiple control points, higher quality assurance.
Control doesn’t end once the product enters the warehouse. Warehouse operations are managed with advanced digital infrastructure and automation systems; from receiving to storage and order preparation, from lot tracking to shipment, everything is carried out as automatically and traceably as possible.
Our goal is clear: getting the right product, with the right lot, to the right customer.
Our technology investments are not limited to raw-material supply. The Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Technology used in our production infrastructure in Türkiye enables botanical raw materials to be processed selectively at low temperature and under controlled process conditions, without using organic solvents or alcohol.
This provides a significant advantage in preserving sensitive active compounds and developing high value-added extracts.
We don’t want our customers to constantly call or e-mail for stock information. By integrating our digital infrastructure with our ERP and stock-management systems, we present up-to-date stock status directly on the asuka.com.tr product pages.
