Deletion of User Data
As Asuka Chemical Industry and Trade Inc., we respect the rights of our users regarding their personal data.
You may request the deletion of your personal data processed through Asuka Chemical's website, CRM system, WhatsApp Business Platform, or other digital services.
How to Submit a Data Deletion Request?
You can send your deletion request to the following email address:

We recommend writing the following in the subject line of the email:
“Request for Deletion of Personal Data”
To ensure your request is correctly associated with you, it is sufficient to include your first and last name, as well as the phone number or email address you used to contact Asuka Chemical, in your message.
If you are submitting a deletion request regarding communications made via WhatsApp, providing the relevant WhatsApp phone number will facilitate a faster process.
Which Data Can Be Requested for Deletion?
Depending on the scope of the request, the following data may be deleted or anonymized:
WhatsApp communication records, communication history on the CRM system, contact information, customer support records, marketing preferences, and other personal data not subject to legal retention obligations.
Identity Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion of personal data by third parties, Asuka Chemical may request reasonable additional information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
Unnecessary personal data is not requested beyond the purpose of identity verification.
Processing of the Request
Your deletion request will be reviewed after it reaches us.
Applications made under the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) are concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the application.
You may be informed when your request has been completed.
Data Required to Be Retained by Law
Some data may need to be retained for a certain period due to tax, accounting, trade, legal disputes, information security, or other legal obligations.
In such cases, only the information that is legally required to be retained is preserved and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the relevant retention period expires.
These data are not used for purposes other than legal retention.
WhatsApp and Meta Data
The deletion of data stored in Asuka Chemical's own systems can be carried out by Asuka Chemical.
However, data independently stored by WhatsApp or Meta in their own systems is subject to the privacy policies and data management procedures of Meta Platforms and WhatsApp.
Requests regarding the deletion of data from your Meta/WhatsApp account should be made separately through the respective platform's own account and privacy tools.
